Bill Boylan

In his role as the company’s Chief Operations Officer, William is responsible for MD Solutions’ day-to-day operations and client services. William brings over 20 years of experience to this position, having served in a number of operational and project management capacities for companies in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, education, business services, legal, government and the military.

William’s track-record as an Operations and Project Manager includes successful implementation of operational and software projects on both a local and national scale. He specializes in managing and monitoring operations for efficiency, quality and profitability.

Before transitioning into a civilian career, William served as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. While stationed in the Far East, he was a member of the Navy’s Management education program. He also studied business at both Northeastern University and the University of Maryland’s University College (UMUC).
