MD Solutions Welcomes Steve Fisher as Senior Vice President of Advisory Services

A healthcare IT veteran with approximately 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, Fisher most recently served as CIO for HealthPoint Medical Group, where he was responsible for the planning and execution of information technology initiatives that supported the long-term objectives, mission and vision of the company’s 120-physician multi-specialty practice group. Before joining HealthPoint, he held the position of Director of Information Services for the USF Physicians Group in Tampa, Florida.

Fisher received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering Technology from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and his M.B.A. from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He began his career as an Installation/Project Specialist with Boston-based IDX Corporation and also served as Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for planning and ensuring the on-time deployment of technology solutions to healthcare organizations throughout the United States.
