Paul Casey
President / CEO

Mr. Casey brings 18 years of experience in the area of Practice Management, Reimbursement, and IT Systems. He has managed the financial operations of both small group practices and large MSO's consisting of 120 or more providers. Mr. Casey has been instrumental in all of MD Solutions engagements.

Prior to the formation of MD Solutions, Mr. Casey was employed by Mount Auburn Professional Services, Cambridge, MA, The Cancer Center of Boston at New England Baptist Hospital, Boston, MA, Medical Practice Management, Brookline, MA, and the former Brigham Beth Israel Medical Group, Brookline, MA.

Mr. Casey is a member of the Massachusetts/Rhode Island MGMA Chapter. He attended Suffolk University for his undergraduate studies.

Kevin Foley
Vice President of Product Development

Mr. Foley is responsible for the ongoing development and oversight of all MD Solutions' software products. Prior to MD Solutions, Mr. Foley held development and management roles at CVS Pharmacies, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, and Acytivecyte Inc. He has initiated, developed, implemented, and maintained various cost, time and accountability related projects. These projects include the handheld billing solutions for the physicians at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Mr. Foley has a strong database development background as well as being a proficient programmer in several computer languages.

Mr. Foley holds degrees and certificates in Engineering Technology, Computer Science, and programming langauges from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA.
